Biotyna Olimp Max is a B vitamin supplement that replenishes biotin deficiencies in the body. It is used to treat symptoms such as hair loss, brittle nails, and skin inflammation around the eyes, nose, and mouth. The product can also be used to prevent the effects of deficiency after other causes have been ruled out by a physician.
Composition
The active substance of the drug is biotin ( Biotinum ).
Each tablet contains 10 mg of biotin ( Biotinum ).
Excipients: Silicified microcrystalline cellulose; Microcrystalline cellulose; Croscarmellose sodium; Magnesium stearate; Colloidal anhydrous silica.

Action

Indications
The indication for the use of Biotyna Olimp Max is biotin deficiency, manifested by, among others: hair loss, hair and nail growth disorders, inflammation of the skin around the eyes, nose, mouth and ears.
Contraindications
Do not use the medicine in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the ingredients of the medicinal product.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Side effects frequency unknown: gastrointestinal disorders; hives.

Use of other medications
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the medicines you are taking, have recently taken or might take, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
Biotin Olimp Max may interact with: anticonvulsants (phenytoin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, primidone); steroid hormones; avidin, a basic glycoprotein found in egg white; valproic acid; antibiotics.
Taking the medicine with food and drink
While taking this medicine, you should not consume raw egg whites at the same time, as this may inhibit the absorption of biotin.
Alcohol causes a decrease in biotin levels in the blood.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Do not use the medicinal product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Use of the drug in children and adolescents
In children and adolescents, the drug may only be used after being recommended by a doctor.
