Mesalt stimulates the debridement of highly exuding wounds during the inflammatory phase by absorbing exudate, bacteria, and necrotic tissue. This effectively supports the wound healing process.
Applications of mesalt:
Mesalt supports the treatment of highly exuding and inflamed wounds in the inflammatory phase.
Applications of mesalt:
Clean the wound and open the packaging. Apply dry mesalt to the wound or loosely fill it with it. Do not soak beforehand. Apply Mepilex Border as a covering dressing. Depending on the amount of exudate, the mesalt is usually changed daily or more often if necessary.
