Description
Dietary supplement based on psyllium, glucomannan, guar gum, and chamomile extract. Thanks to psyllium, it contributes to regular intestinal transit. Thanks to psyllium and chamomile, it has an emollient and soothing effect (digestive system). Thanks to psyllium, it has a prebiotic effect.

Ingredients
Psyllium, Glucomannan, Guar Gum and Chamomile Extract.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (150 ml), stir well for a few seconds, and immediately take the contents orally. Any increase in consistency (gel formation) is a characteristic of the product.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the presence of glucomannan and guar gum, there is a possible choking hazard for people with swallowing difficulties or if swallowed without adequate fluid intake. It is also important to note that, to ensure proper absorption, the substance must always be taken with plenty of water. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to consult a doctor before using this product. Do not use if you have a known or suspected hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Due to the natural origin of some ingredients, color variations may occur from batch to batch.
