Vitamin D has a beneficial effect on:

- proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus,

Recommended intake:
1 capsule daily with a small amount of water.

Ingredients :
flax seed oil (Linum Usitatissimum) – 196.2 mg in 1 capsule – containing monounsaturated fatty acids (11% oleic acid) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (35% alpha-linolenic acid and 11% linoleic acid); gelatin; humectant: glycerol; cholecalciferol (vit. D3); antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol.
