How to use
Dissolve one teaspoon of the product in a glass of water (200 ml). Stir and wait until the solution becomes clear, indicating that the product is ready to drink. To reduce preparation time, we recommend using warm or hot water. If needed, take a second teaspoon at another time of the day. Shake before first use.
Adults: 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Children: 11-14 years, one teaspoon daily; 3-11 years, half a teaspoon daily.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of greater tiredness.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose and take it in the evening. If you experience gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the amount. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated level.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources and humidity.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
