Tryptophan is an exogenous amino acid that must be supplied with food, just like vitamins. L-tryptophan is the starting substance for the production of two hormones: melatonin, serotonin and niacin, i.e. vitamin PP. The recommended daily dose of Myalgan™ is 200 mg of tryptophan. However, taurine is a relatively exogenous amino acid. This compound is found naturally in animal tissues. A complex of four plant extracts used in the product: olive seeds, grape leaves, daisy leaves and pineapple fruit are ingredients traditionally used in various popular medicines.

The Myalgan™ formula in tablets is recommended for use between meals, as a supplement to the daily diet with valuable active ingredients. A pack of 120 pieces provides up to 2 months of use. Importantly, the preparation does not contain ingredients of animal origin, which makes it also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
