How to use
Take 2 tablets, swallowed one at a time, with two glasses of water, half an hour before main meals.

The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 3 g of glucomannan daily in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before main meals and as part of a low-calorie diet. Glucomannan may cause choking problems in people with swallowing problems or if ingested without adequate fluid intake. To ensure proper absorption, the product should be taken with plenty of water.
