Chia seeds are the black-gray seeds of the Salvia Hispanica plant, a species of flowering plant in the mint family, native to central and southern Mexico and Guatemala.

They contain polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega-3 and omega-6, vitamin B3, zinc and natural antioxidants (tocopherols, phytosterols, carotenoids and phenolic compounds), having the ability to eliminate free radicals, hydrate and deeply regenerate the epidermis.
It helps maintain skin health and protects against UV rays.

It is a non-greasy oil that absorbs quickly into the skin.
It can be used especially by people with oily skin or with acne tendencies, as it helps to clean the pores and regulate sebum secretion.

Way of ussage:
To condition the skin, apply an appropriate amount of product and massage with delicate movements until the product penetrates the skin.

Precautions:
Stop using the product if irritation or inflammation occurs
