How does Centrum® Silver 50+ multivitamin work?
B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin, B6, B12 and pantothenic acid), vitamin C, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, calcium, phosphorus and iodine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin, B6 and B12), as well as magnesium, copper, calcium and iodine, are also essential for maintaining the proper functioning of the nervous system.
