Easy Night Plus Melatonin
Rich composition with 1.5mg of immediate-acting melatonin and 1.5mg in gradual-release microspheres, enriched with herbs ideal for enhancing the effectiveness of the product.
Contributing ingredients:

The composition contains the amino acid L-Tryptophan, which is essential in our body for the production of serotonin, which contributes to normal sleep. In addition, it contains passionflower, magnolia, valerian and saffron, herbs known for their relaxing properties.

USE
1 capsule daily, preferably after breakfast.
RECOMMENDATION
Melatonin 3mg: Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and relieves the subjective feeling of jet lag.
L-Tryptophane 5mg: Amino acid, which is essential in our body for the production of serotonin, which contributes to normal sleep.
Passionflower 100mg: Passionflower is a type of climbing flowering plant. Its fruit is widely known as passion fruit. It is used to treat anxiety, insomnia, and nervous disorders.
Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) – 100mg: An herb widely known for its sedative and relaxing properties. It is used to facilitate sleep as well as improve it. It is thought to enhance the activation of one of the main calming neurotransmitters, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).
Magnolia – Magnolia 25mg: Plant with main active ingredients honokiol and Magnolol. It has beneficial effects on the liver and brain by fighting inflammation and oxidation. It also has antidepressant effects and contributes to reducing anxiety.
Saffron – Saffron (crocus) 1 mg: Herb with strong antioxidant and antidepressant properties.
