How to use
For oral administration, it is recommended to take before meals:
- diarrhea, intestinal dysbiosis, intestinal permeability problems: 1 capsule 3 times a day;
- bacterial infections and mycoses: 4 capsules per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, for 5 days, then 3 capsules per day;
- food poisoning with heavy metals: 3 capsules per day for 2 months;
- gastrointestinal tract problems: 1 capsule before the 3 main meals.

Contraindications
