Natural Arctic cod oil contains a complex of over 50 fatty acids. This natural fish fatty acid structure is preserved during the extraction and purification of Arctis Omega-3 Oil. Consuming unconcentrated natural omega-3 oil has similar beneficial effects to consuming fish.

Recommended intake:

Take 2 x 3 capsules daily with or after a meal. The daily serving contains 1,500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 560 mg are EPA and 730 mg are DHA. The recommended daily dose may vary for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Ingredients:

Natural cod liver oil (70.8%); gelatin; humectant: glycerin; antioxidant: rosemary extract; mixed and d-α-tocopherols, lemon oil.
