What is demodicosis? The human Demodex mite (Demodex folliculorum) is a parasite of mites. It resides in the sebaceous glands of the human skin and hair follicles, causing a dermatological disease called demodectosis, which manifests as purpuric pustules. The parasite feeds on sebum and filtered blood plasma, as well as on the secretion of sebaceous glands and epithelial cells. Demodex causes inflammation of the sebaceous gland or hair follicle, preventing sebum secretion. Symptoms include: local fever, inflammation, pain and abscess formation. It is possible to feel a slight itching of the skin in the places where demodex mites live, especially when they actively penetrate the follicle or sebaceous gland. Contributes to the formation of blackheads and blackheads. Demodex feces cause allergies and irritation of the sebaceous glands. Demodex can be identified by microscopic examination of comedones or entire hair follicles. . It is transmitted by dust, by direct contact with an infected person and by using the same cosmetic utensils, towels and clothes, demodicosis often occurs in the case of skin diseases: in particular, acne (30%) and rosacea (95%). The highest number of mites was observed in conjunctivitis and keratitis. The STOP DEMODEX eyelid gel is effective in the comprehensive treatment and prevention of demodicosis. It eliminates the cause of the disease, i.e. the uncontrolled multiplication of the Demodex folliculorum mite. It also has a strong anti-inflammatory effect.

ACTION: reduces eyelid erosion and facial rash and prevents the formation of new lesions, has bacteriostatic, toning and regenerating, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory properties, eliminates itching and swelling, relieves eye discomfort and fatigue.

Mechanism of action: 1. How to use: If the skin around the eyebrows, forehead, chin and wings of the nose is itchy, use the gel within 45 days. The effect of the gel is enhanced by pretreatment of the skin and the edges of the eyelids with an alcoholic extract of calendula, eucalyptus or aralia. Apply the gel to the eyelids near the roots of the eyelashes, avoiding getting into the eyes. Leave for about 30 minutes. In the evening, after washing the skin with warm water and soap, repeat the procedure twice a day for about 45 days. Contraindications: individual intolerance to the ingredients.
