Description
Dietary supplement based on plant extracts with vitamin D, vitamin B6, and vitamin B5. Black cohosh and red clover combat menopausal symptoms. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B5 contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D, and certain neurotransmitters. Kudzu supports normal cardiovascular function and promotes healthy joints. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; black cohosh [Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt.] root and rhizome extract titrated at 2.5% in triterpene glycosides, kudzu [Pueraria montana var. lobata (Willd.) Sanjappa & Pradeep] root extract titrated at 40% in isoflavones, red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) herb extract titrated at 8% isoflavones; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets per day to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably after breakfast and/or after lunch.

Consult your doctor regarding use and duration of use. Do not use if you have liver disease or dysfunction.
