How to use
One tablet daily, during or immediately after meals. The tablet can be halved for easier swallowing.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-Epigallocatechin-3-gallate. This dietary supplement should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by anyone under 18. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Conservation
Store away from direct sunlight, in a dry place and below 25°C.
