With the capsule form directly from India, you only have to take 2 capsules daily. For a 3-month supply in tablet form, you need approximately 540 tablets. For a 3-month supply in capsule form, you only need about 180 capsules. I thought there were 100 capsules in the container, not 100 tablets.
