Method of administration:

Step 1: Shake well before use.

Step 2: Squeeze the rubber part of the dropper to fill the dropper with oil and place the desired number of drops under your tongue. Allow the oil to absorb into your body by holding it in your mouth for 60-90 seconds before swallowing.
