Take 1 sachet per day for at least 1 month and repeat the cycle of intake 3-4 times a year.
Take away from meals, preferably in the morning as soon as you wake up, dissolving the contents of one sachet under the tongue before swallowing.
To facilitate absorption, it is recommended not to consume food or drinks for 5 minutes after taking the powder.
