Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, tryptophan, vitamins and magnolia.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

ingredients
Fructose, demineralized water, L-tryptophan, vitamin B3 (niacin), magnolia bark extract (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) titrated 50% magnolol; acidifier: malic acid; flavors, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; thickener: gum arabic; melatonin; sweeteners: steviol glycosides, sucralose.

How to use
1 ml per day, directly into the mouth (preferably under the tongue) or diluted in a spoonful of water or other beverage (5 ml).
13 drops correspond to the 1 ml mark on the internal pipette. Shake before use.
