How to use
Adults (over 18 years): one tablet daily to be taken with a glass of water.

If you are taking medication or are under medical supervision, consult your doctor before using this product. Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for people with hemochromatosis. Not suitable for people with kidney disease/disorders.
