Description
Food supplement designed for the three phases of sleep, based on melatonin, passionflower, California poppy, lemon balm, and vitamin B6.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
California poppy and lemon balm extracts help reduce nighttime awakenings.
Passionflower extract helps improve sleep quality.

Ingredients
Passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts) (anti-caking agents: corn maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide; lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) (anti-caking agents: corn or wheat maltodextrin); emulsifier: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; glazing agent: polyvinyl alcohol; California poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham., flowers) (anti-caking agents: corn maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium stearate; glazing agent: polyethylene glycol; colouring: spirulina extract; melatonin; glazing agent: polysorbate 80; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); colourings: carmine, vegetable carbon.

How to use
Adults: 1 tablet per day to be taken as needed, shortly before going to bed.
