This reusable hot/cold gel pack is designed to cool or warm specific body parts. This reusable product is suitable for hot or cold therapy.

Heat therapy:

It relieves pain, soothes, and relaxes. It helps relax muscles. It's ideal for menstrual cramps and muscle inflammation.
Application: sciatica, muscle pain, rheumatic pain, menstrual pain, sinusitis, contractures, tendonitis, hand warming.

Cold therapy:

It helps reduce swelling, inflammation, and post-traumatic pain. Its cooling effect reduces temperature and fever.
Application: swelling, bruises, sprains, inflammation, minor burns, scratches, cuts, insect bites, headaches, toothaches.

How to use:

Preparing a cold therapy compress: To prepare a cold gel compress, place it in the refrigerator or freezer. After removing it from the refrigerator or freezer, dry it, place it in a cover, and place it on the affected area.
Preparing a heat therapy compress: To prepare a warm gel compress, place it in very warm or boiling water. After removing it from the water, dry it, place it in a cover, and place it on the affected area.

Storage
