When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged automatically before each scheduled delivery. You’ll also receive a reminder before the charge.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings. The new payment method will be used for your future Autoship deliveries.
What happens if the product price changes?
Your Autoship order will always reflect the current price at the time of processing. If there’s a discount, you’ll still receive Autoship savings.
What happens if the product is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable, we’ll notify you. Depending on availability, the delivery may be skipped or delayed.
Will I receive reminders before deliveries?
Yes, we’ll send you a reminder before each scheduled delivery. You’ll have time to skip, change, or cancel your order.
