My diet isn’t always as balanced as I’d like, especially when I’m busy or doing a lot of physical activity. I like that this supplement contains 13 vitamins, 11 minerals and lutein. I also checked the Polish version and the composition is identical. 👌
I compared Multicentrum Adultos with Centrum Kompletne od A do Z from Poland because I wanted to make sure they were the same. The ingredients match. I’m happy with it, especially because it’s gluten-free and lactose-free. 😊
