Lorem Vit Dobry Sen contains relaxing lavender essential oil with a pleasant, soothing scent.
How to use:
It is recommended to drink two teas daily. Prepare an infusion by pouring 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the product (2g). Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes.

lemon balm leaf – 35%, lavender flower – 30%, hop flower – 15%, withania somnifera root -10%, valerian root – 10%
