Each capsule contains 51.7 mg of tocotrienols from red palm oil

Tocotrienols belong to the vitamin E family. There are two main forms of vitamin E: tocotrienols and tocopherols. Tocotrienols (including gamma tocotrienol, alpha tocotrienol, and delta tocotrienol) are natural forms of vitamin E that are structurally very similar to tocopherols, but differ in that they have a higher number of unsaturated bonds (double bonds). This slight difference in the structure of tocotrienols allows them to penetrate cell membranes more easily and results in significantly greater vitamin activity compared to tocopherols.

Each capsule contains 340 mg of tocotrienol-tocopherol complex (Tocomin SupraBio) with 51.7 mg total tocotrienols and 16.3 mg (24 IU) d-alpha-tocopherol vitamin E.

Tocomin SupraBio is extracted from the ripe pulp of the oil palm Elaeis guineensis and contains all four tocotrienols and all four tocopherols, as well as other phytonutrients naturally occurring in palm oil. These include phytosterols and squalene. Therefore, our tocotrienol capsules contain a natural and complete phytonutrient complex. The SupraBio system is a special lipid blend that increases tocotrienol absorption by up to 300%.
