Ingredients: Dried and crushed: hawthorn fruit (Crataegus monogyna, Crataegus laevigata) 40%; hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) 31%; nettle leaf (Urtica dioica L.) 12%; blackcurrant fruit (Ribes nigrum L.) 5%; apple fruit (Malus domestica) 5%; ginger root (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) 3%; licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) 3%; cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) 1%. Contains licorice – people with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

Suggested dosage:
