When sleeping during pregnancy, the ideal position is to lie on your left side with your legs bent. One side of the pillow is used to support your head, while the other is placed between your knees. In this way, the Badabulle Maternity Pillow cradles and supports your belly.

To breastfeed the baby, it is used in a cradle position, that is, the baby should be lying horizontally at the height of the mother's breast and there should be belly-to-belly contact between them.

You can also place the newborn on one of your breasts, while your body is in a horizontal position, so the baby's belly is in contact with the mother's rib area and its feet are facing towards the back.

At night, you can feed your baby on the pillow or directly on the bed, using the cushion as lateral back support.
