It contributes to the elimination of discomfort from the respiratory tract.

Properties:

- acute and chronic diseases of the lower respiratory tract: bronchial asthma, bronchitis, coughs of various etiologies;
- as long as there is respiratory discomfort, avoid the consumption of foods that produce mucus such as dairy products, sweets with white sugar, white flour (bakery products, pastries, biscuits, pasta), fats and fried foods;
- has emollient, expectorant, fluidizing properties of bronchial secretion, antitussive, due to the mucilages, saponins and essential oils from the plants present in its composition;
- fennel, licorice and fennel have a strong antispasmodic and anti-bronchial anti-inflammatory effect;
- carvacrol and thymol present in thyme and eucalyptol from eucalyptus leaves give tea important antiseptic, antimicrobial properties, acting on a wide spectrum of pathogenic germs.

Ingredients:
Plantain leaves (Plantaginis folium), eucalyptus leaves (Eucalypti folium) 15%, fennel fruit (Foeniculi fructus), grass root (Inulae radix) 10%, licorice root (Liquiritiae radix), hyssop (Hyssopi herba ) 10%, rostopasca (Chelidonii herba), ginger rhizomes (Zingiberis rhizoma), thyme (Thymi herba).

Administration method:

Children 3-12 years : 1-2 cups of tea during a day.
Children over 12 years and adults: 3 – 4 cups of tea per day.
Tea is drunk before the meal.
The duration of a course is 6-8 weeks. The treatment can be repeated as needed.

Preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of herbal mixture and leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.

Precautions:

• This tea is not recommended for children under 3 years of age and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
• This tea is not indicated for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
