Composition:
The fruits of the cumin plant-Carum Carvi L.

Active principles:
Volatile oil, represented mainly by carvone and limonene, protein substances, carbohydrates, resins, tannins.

Therapeutic action:
Carminative (helps to eliminate intestinal gases), antispasmodic, stomachic (stimulates the secretion of gastrointestinal juices), fluidifier of bronchial secretions, emmenagogue (favors the initiation of the menstrual cycle), galactogogue (stimulates milk secretion), vermifuge.

Recommendations:

Administration method:
Internally: infusion of one teaspoon of the plant in 250 ml of boiling water. The dish is covered and left to rest for 10-15 minutes, after which it is strained. It is drunk unsweetened, 2-3 cups of tea a day.
