Description
Malic acid supplement, enriched with minerals and vitamins. Magnesium promotes normal muscle function, contributes to normal protein synthesis and, together with phosphorus and manganese, promotes the maintenance of healthy bones. In addition, together with vitamin B12 and folic acid, it plays a role in the process of cell division; vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and biotin support the functioning of the nervous system; and vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Finally, manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue, while magnesium, phosphorus, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and biotin promote normal energy-yielding metabolism.

How to use
We recommend taking 5 tablets once or twice a day before meals (5 to 10 tablets per day). Close the container tightly after use.
