Colonia raw honey is a natural, pure, unprocessed honey, thus keeping intact and alive the enzymes and vitamins that give it exceptional nutritional qualities and benefits.
Polyfloral honey is a type of honey made from the nectar and pollen of flowers from multiple species of plants that bloom at roughly the same time of year. It is a fairly common type of honey, but it is unique, with varying flavors and colors. Some people consider it a much better tasting option than monofloral varieties because it contains nectar and pollen from multiple species of flowering plants, bringing together their flavor characteristics into an authentic flavor profile.
