Psyllium seed husk supports intestinal function and bowel movements. Natural inulin from chicory contributes to maintaining the proper composition of intestinal flora.
Fiber supports the body's natural immunity and helps maintain a healthy body weight.

Recommended intake:

For weight loss and during antibiotic therapy, take 1 heaped teaspoon (5 g) 2-3 times daily before meals. To facilitate bowel movements, take 2-3 teaspoons at a time. Shake well before use. Add the preparation to approximately 200 ml of juice, yogurt, or water. If taking medication, take it one hour before or two hours after consuming Regulobon.

The recommended daily portion of the product (15g) contains:

• psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata) 8 g,
• oat seed fiber 4 g,
• chicory inulin 2.99 g,
• microencapsulated probiotic bacterial cultures: 1×109 CFU* Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Streptococcus thermophilus (* CFU – colony forming units).

Comments:
