I ordered and paid for two packages of vitamins.
I only received one package. When I contacted customer service about this, I didn’t receive any response or a refund for the missing package. I wrote to them many times, but I still didn’t get a reply. Very unprofessional customer service. I definitely won’t be ordering anything from this website again.

Dzień dobry. Zamówiłam i opłaciłam dwa opakowania witamin. Otrzymałam tylko jedno opakowanie. Kiedy zwróciłam się z tą sprawą do działu obsługi klienta, nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi ani zwrotu pieniędzy za brakujące opakowanie. Pisałam wiele razy, ale tak i nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi. Bardzo nieprofesjonalna obsługa klienta. Na pewno nie będę już nic zamawiać na tej stronie.
