Fish oil with Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids; gelatin capsule (gelatin; humectants: glycerol, sorbitol; colorant: E-172); standardized extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves (6%); emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; soy phosphatidylserine; D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Take one capsule daily with food or drink. If you are taking this product for the first time, you may double the dose within the first 12 weeks. Directions: For proper maintenance of the body, especially the brain and heart.
