Description
High-dose vitamin B12 dietary supplement (500 mcg), specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals over 50, who may physiologically be unable to absorb an adequate amount through diet alone, resulting in tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
In the separator cap: maltodextrin, corn starch; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; nicotinamide (niacin), zinc citrate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; bulking agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose, L-selenomethionine.
In the vial: purified water, cyanocobalamin powder (vitamin B12); acidifier: citric acid; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); black cherry flavoring; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Take 1 vial per day, preferably in the morning.
