There may be very few improvements, but they are noticeable: reduced abdominal pain and cramps, and the clots have almost disappeared. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I definitely don't think it would help with infertility or brain fog.

I bought it and used for 3 months now , I can tell that I see less abdominal pain and my period has been changing (was due for 7 days now till 5 days with moderate discharge and no pains) regarding acne I still can not see changes but the pimples are not showing anymore just few minor pimples, but I will continue again for 3 months.
