How to use:
Adults: 3-6 capsules per day, 1-2 capsules each, after main meals, with a glass of water or tea, for 2 weeks. After a break of 1 week, the course can be repeated. We recommend giving up smoking, chronic alcohol consumption and irrational administration (without the consent of a specialist) of medicines and/or food supplements. In parallel, it is indicated to adopt a balanced lifestyle, with healthy food, moderate physical effort, rest and adequate hydration!Features
