A rare product of wild plants, it can also be consumed as is or added as a sweetener according to preference. Ingredients: Pure spruce bud extract (Picea abies, originating in Finland) 34%, fructose syrup, glucose syrup. Directions: We recommend consuming Potomac syrup as is or dissolving 1 or more tablespoons in a glass of water.
