Description
A supplement containing betaine citrate, vitamins B1, B6, B12 and vitamin C, useful to provide additional amounts of these nutrients in the daily diet. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal heart function. Vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, help reduce tiredness and fatigue and contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; betaine citrate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose; 0.1% vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets per day, which are swallowed with a large glass of water.
