BiFix Admiral PU-ERH Chinese red tea in bags, 40 g
Pu-erh tea originates from China. A crucial step in its production process is long-term maturation in appropriate conditions. During the aging process, biologically active compounds such as flavonoids, tannins, alkaloids, and amino acids are produced. Pu-erh tea also contains trace elements (calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, selenium) and vitamin E. After brewing, the resulting product has a brown color and a characteristic earthy-spicy flavor and aroma.
Pu-erh is best drunk after meals. It should not be sweetened, as sugar neutralizes its beneficial properties.
Brewing method:
Pour boiling water over one tea bag and brew for 3-5 minutes.
