Main ingredients

• SymSitive® 1609: reduces skin overreactions and thus has a skin-soothing effect. Significantly reduces skin sensations such as burning, stinging, and tightness.
• Aloe vera: With its wealth of vitamins, amino acids, and trace elements, aloe vera can accelerate wound healing, reduce inflammation, stimulate cell growth, and improve natural skin renewal. At the same time, aloe vera has enormous water-retaining properties, a pleasantly cooling effect, relieves itching, is mildly antiseptic, and strengthens the skin barrier, thus reducing moisture loss.

• Shea butter: Due to its good tolerability and particularly moisturizing properties, shea butter ensures smooth and soft skin, protects it from dehydration, and accelerates the healing process. In addition to saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, it contains oleic acid, triterpene alcohols, vitamin E, vitamin A, allantoin, and phytosterols.
  
  Oleic acid, as a monounsaturated fatty acid, is one of the main lipids of our skin and, in emulsions, leads to smooth, highly hydrating and nourishing formulations for brittle, moisture- and oil-deficient skin conditions.
  Vitamin A plumps the skin, thickens the epidermis, and improves skin texture and blood circulation. It also stimulates cell renewal. Allantoin promotes cell regeneration and soothes the skin.
  Phytosterols are plant-based active ingredients that balance the skin's moisture levels, relieve itching and reduce inflammation, and can be used successfully, especially in cases of neurodermatitis and very dry skin.
• Jojoba oil (pronounced "ho-ho-ba ") is extracted from the approximately 1 cm long seeds of a woody, evergreen shrub native to the Sonoran Desert in the United States. Jojoba oil blends exceptionally well with human sebum, forming a delicate, non-occlusive lipid film that retains moisture without sealing the skin. Its ability to penetrate the stratum corneum (outermost layer of the epidermis) is particularly noteworthy, softening it from within and increasing its elasticity.
• Tocopherol (Vitamin E): This is the most important lipophilic antioxidant in plasma, membranes, and tissues. Its main role is to inhibit the chain propagation of lipids caused by oxidation by neutralizing lipid peroxyl radicals, thereby protecting cell membranes from degradation. Topical application of vitamin E before sun exposure has been shown to significantly reduce skin redness.
