Description
Food supplement containing creatine, carnitine, arginine, taurine, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, vitamins C and E and coenzyme Q10. The constituent nutrients contribute to the normal functioning of muscles (magnesium, potassium), to normal energy-yielding metabolism (pantothenic acid, magnesium and vitamins PP, B2, B1, B6, B12 and C), to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (pantothenic acid, folate, magnesium and vitamins PP, B2, B6, B12 and C), to the protection of cells against oxidative stress (vitamins E, C and B2) and to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system (folate, vitamins B6, B12 and C).
Car-go is indicated in cases of reduced intake of these nutrients through food or increased physiological needs.

How to use
Take one sachet twice a day or as directed by your doctor. Dissolve the product in a little water or juice, smoothies, fruit juices, etc. and consume immediately after preparation.
