It contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
Ingredients:
Green tea leaves, ventrilica, dandelion, chicory, rosemary leaves, artichoke leaves, lemon essential oil.
Effect:
- The hypocholesterolemic action of this tea is due to the combined effects of the plants in its composition.
- Green tea contributes to the reduction of LDL cholesterol, thanks to the catechin tannins in its composition.
- Dandelion and artichoke reduce cholesterol biosynthesis and together with chicory stimulate the transformation of cholesterol into bile acids and protect the liver.
- Ventrilica and rosemary reduce the level of cholesterol and lipids in the blood, while also having important antioxidant properties.
Recommendations:
Increased lipids and cholesterol, prevention of atherosclerosis.
Contraindications:
It is not indicated for use in children under 12 years of age and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
This tea is not indicated for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
Method of preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herbal mixture and leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Administration method:
- Drink 3-4 cups of tea a day, between meals.
- The duration of a cure is 2-3 months.
- The cure can be repeated after a break of one month.
