Food supplement based on phytosterols, red rice and olive polyphenols, with fenugreek and flaxseed oil.
Colesia contains fenugreek, which contributes to the metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol.
Colesia contains flaxseed oil, which contributes to lipid metabolism.

Sterol esters titrated in sterols and stanols, with ascorbic acid esters with fatty acids (E304) and tocopherol-rich extract (E306), food gelatin; firming agent: glycerol (E422); monacolins from fermented red rice, olive (Olea europaea L. es, fructus) titrated in polyphenols, flax (Linum usitatissimum L. oleum), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L. es, sperm); dyes: iron oxides (E172).

Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule daily for 60 days, unless your doctor recommends otherwise.

This product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet that includes regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplement with added plant sterols and stanols. Avoid consuming more than 3 g/day of added plant sterols and stanols. Colesia is intended for people who need to control their blood cholesterol levels. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age. Consult your doctor if you have any health problems. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication. It should not be consumed if you are already consuming products containing red yeast rice. Avoid consuming more than 3 mg/day of monacolins from red yeast rice.
