Dermosil 50
A 50% urea-based keratoregulating cream, specially formulated to combat excessive skin thickening. It does not contain perfume or added preservatives. Suitable for the treatment of specific areas (hands, feet, nails, elbows), it facilitates the mechanical removal of calluses and hyperkeratosis. It is rich in alpha-hydroxy acids with powerful keratoregulating properties.components
