Dobensana sugar-free lozenges have a pain-relieving and antiseptic effect. They provide noticeably fast relief from sore throats in their early stages – without containing antibiotics. The lozenges also help to moisturize the mucous membranes and protect them from drying out.

The ingredients dichlorobenzyl alcohol (DCBA) and amylmetacresol (AMC) soothe discomfort in the throat and pharynx. They also combat inflammation-causing bacteria and certain viruses in the mouth and throat.
