Description
A dietary supplement particularly suitable for people with sleep disorders; it is a valuable aid in stressful situations that make it difficult to fall asleep at night. It is also useful for regulating circadian rhythms and promoting the body's adaptation to jet lag.
The dosage of 1 mg represents the maximum permitted by the Italian Ministry of Health for a food supplement.
The special retard formulation guarantees a gradual and complete release of Melatonin throughout the night, reducing night-time awakenings and facilitating falling back to sleep.
Contains no added sugars, added preservatives, artificial colors, or GMOs.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Melatonin; excipients: bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Gluten , milk and lactose free.

How to use
1 retard microtablet per day with plenty of water.
The beneficial effect of reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
The beneficial action in alleviating the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not take during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.
