Description
Food supplement combining soy extract (standardized to 40% soy isoflavones), hop extract (standardized to 0.15% 8-Prenonaringenin), melatonin, vitamins (folic acid, vitamin D3, vitamins B6 and B12), calcium, and alpha-linolenic acid. Sugar-free.

Refined linseed oil - Linum usitatissimum L. - (standardized to 45% in alpha-linolenic acid), calcium salt of orthophosphoric acid; glazing agent (gelatin); soybean (Glycine max L.); humectants: glycerin (E422), hop extract (Humulus lupulus L.) (standardized to 0.15% in 8-Prenyl-Aringenin); emulsifiers: yellow beeswax (E901), soy lecithin (E322), vegetable oils, cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, color (E171), melatonin, cholecalciferol, colorants (E172, E12O) and pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

How to use
Recommended daily dose: one capsule per day, with a glass of water, half an hour to an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The daily intake of isoflavones should not exceed 80 mg. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The expiry date refers to the product when stored properly and in its unopened packaging.
