How to use
Pour 1 cup of water over 1 teaspoon of the root, bring to a boil, and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Then let steep for 20–30 minutes, strain, and drink the prepared decoction throughout the day.

Store in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of small children. Do not use in children under 12 years of age, pregnant or lactating women.
